Robert Crump ("Bah Gum" Crump; 1826-1912) was a grandson of my 4th great grandparents, Robert Coulthard (1761-1846) and Jane Dalton (1766-1833) from the Wetheral/Cumwhinton area of Cumberland (Cumbria). He emigrated to Australia from Penrith, Cumberland with his wife and family in 1852. In 1865, he discovered a huge "nugget" of gold weighing about 2 pounds, which family lore indicates may have brought in sufficient money to buy a property. A distant cousin has authored a book, The Crumps of Cumberland England, which details the Cumberland and Australian Crumps.
